1. Time- ABG wants to provide their clientele with excellent customer service by making the renting process quick and efficient. We accomplish this through our Preferred Rental Process, where our perpetual renters are able to bypass the wait at the counter by creating an online profile which is linked to our rental systems.



2. Quality- Our customer service plays a significant role in providing great quality to our clients. In addition to ensuring that the vehicles are well maintained, ABG goes the extra mile to train their employees on how to provide exceptional customer service.  Hence their motto "We Try Harder"



3. Cost- ABG keeps cost down by leasing 45% of their fleet, and also sharing fleet with surrounding locations. Cost is also reduced by alleviating one way fees between certain locations. These processes translates to lower cost for the customer.




4. Flexibility-  Avis Budget Group is very flexible as it pertains to fleet and pricing. They offer a variety of  cars ranging from economy  to "cool cars". ABG is able to minimize and maximize its fleet and prices depending on demand trends.
